UTSA Sports Science Summer Camp

Explore the world of sports science:

This is a day camp located on the UTSA Main Campus; no housing is available or provided on campus.

This exciting camp offers a unique mix of hands-on activities, expert-led lectures, and field trips designed to immerse students in the world of sports science. Each day is packed with engaging sessions, including injury prevention, resistance training, endurance sports, biomechanical analysis, and adapted physical activities. Participants will also enjoy tours of unique facilities like the UTSA Athletics Facility, local corporate fitness centers, and the Multi-Assistance Center (MAC). The camp concludes with a panel discussion on careers in kinesiology. Don't miss this opportunity to learn, explore, and connect with professionals in the field!

Eligible students: Rising high school juniors and seniors & Incoming UTSA Freshman (must be 16 years or older by the start of camp)

June 23rd - 27th, 2025
Monday-Thursday: 9:00am - 4:00pm 
Friday Time: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Cost: $530
($500.00 + 30.00 fee)
